Well folks the combination of the Eibach Pro kit and the ACS front splitter is not a good combination. I have been very careful as to how I parked, how I went in driveways and where I drove on the highway. But, IH-35 bit me big time.
Saw this after a hitting a poor patch job on the highway. At 75 mph and traffic you don't have much time to react and even if you do it is probably to late.

I lost the piece after another "bump in the road".

Bottom line... $400 mistake and/or education. I may fix it and cover it with real carbon fiber.
OBTW - The first time I took it apart I found a few factory screw ups... Like clips in the wrong places, missing screws and screws not torqued down. Oh yea the missing screws are about $2.30 a pop. I tried a couple of places but no matches as I think they are metric and they use a mix of 7mm bolt style and #20 Torx style. Both have washers as part of the screw. Real PITA to find other than the dealer.
