First, thank you to everyone that posted anything regarding aftermarket wheels. I pulled the trigger and had installed the following set up...

19 x 8.5
Braelin BR09 (Dark Gunmetal)
+35 offset
Drilled to 5 x 115
Nexen 245/35/19 all seasons

Very happy with how it looks.

Thoughts on "clear bra" ?

Anybody have the clear film paint protection? I am thinking about having it done on the front bumper and headlight lenses, but I've never seen it in person.

I'd like to know thoughts both good and bad, talk me into it or talk me out of it. I'm here to learn.

Results of ceramic coating

3 weeks ago, I washed my car, dried it off with microfiber towels and compressed air.
I let it dry overnight, then I applied CQuartz UK and then Reload.
It just rained and the coating seems to be doing its job.
I drove it in the rain on Saturday, and afterwards, it still looked clean. An impossibility on a black car.

Feedback on this eBay seller of spoilers?

Given the hit-and-miss reputation for quality and fitment of replica spoilers, does anyone have any experience with <this spoiler> or the company that sells it?

Yeah, yeah, yeah...the bolted-on OEM spoiler is the only way to assure perfect quality and fitment, and the 'get what you pay for' axiom is a given, but this option is 75-80% less costly than the OEM route...thoughts?

Just bought an ATS but I can't get over the color!!

It's a beautiful car. 2014 but in absolutely perfect condition, only 37,000 miles on it. When I bought it it was in the showroom, so the color looked a bit different. I was also so excited about getting an ATS (a car I've been wanting for years) that I didn't pay much attention to the color. Now I can't stop obsessing over how much I dislike the color for my car! It's called mocha steel metallic, and overall it's a beautiful color but I feel like the ATS looks so much better in grey or black or basically any other color! Is it just me making a big deal out of nothing? I can take it to have it painted but doesn't t seem a bit ridiculous to pay thousands of dollars to paint a Cadillac with an already flawless paint job?

Eibach pro kit

Hey guys. New here. I've always loved the ATS and I got my hands on a 2013 premium awd early this year. I've already installed a zzp cold air and had my buddy install the eibach pro kit for me. I've noticed it seems to have dropped the rear a bit lower than advertised, as the rear seemed a decent measure higher than the front on the stock springs. If I recall correctly, they are advertised as 1 inch drop in the front and a 1.2 inch drop in the rear. Is there anything I could do about this to get the rear just a tad higher? Of course the obvious answer would be to go with different springs - but I would prefer not to. Are there any spring spacers that eibach offers? I've done a small amount of searching but haven't come up with anything useful. In addition I'd like to reduce the amount of negative camber in the rear - it is as far positive as it will go. Is there a camber kit out there that will help? Any input is appreciated guys (and gals?). Happy to be here! Big plans for my car.

Wheels?

Hello all, I just got a 2016 ATS4 2.0. I am looking for OEM CADI custom wheels. I don't wnat to have to get new tires as the dealer put brand new tires on when I bought it. So, looking for black 17" (Cadi) rims, but they seem hard to find on GM accessory sites or otherwise. My buddy works for GM and can get them at Dealer cost. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Another wheel fitment question

Anyone know if the 17" Chevy Malibu wheel Hollander 5715 will work (clear the Brembos) on the ATS ? I am beginning my quest for a winter set up. The specs are very similar to the stock 17" ATS wheels and I can pick up a set of these at a reasonable price. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

srt 5 x 115 wheels fit?

Hi gang, it looks like the dodge srt wheels have the same bolt pattern, anyone test fitted them in terms of offset etc?

It also looks like 5 x 114.3 wheels will bolt onto an ats, but there may be some vibration? any opinions?

thanks.

Test fitted 20’s

Had these sitting in garage and since I’m selling my 18’s and the 19’s I’d try the 20’s. There verde axis v99 20x9 + 30 fronts with 255/30/20 Nankang ns20 and 20x10.5 + 40 with 275/35/20 on rears. The rear tires are too tall I know but I have 255/35/20 that are new that will work sitting here or I can go with 275/30’s . No rubbing in front just moving it around in yard . I was just curious how they look and I like it . Now to see if the wife does . 😉

Installed Bi-Led Projectors Retrofit

I cut open the halogen headlights and ended up with a fairly simple install in the end. I had tried to do a lot of custom wiring/leds but ended up not working out. I think it was because I wanted everything self contained in the headlight and running of the car wire harness but it probably needed an independent relay/wire harness connected to constant 12v+. I installed DMEX E2 bi-led projectors, 921 led bulb in corners of headlights for parking lights, 7440 led turn signals. The bi-led projectors are great and function as drl during the day at reduced power from the pwm from the car and go full bright at night. The entire headlight and all the components are enclosed and I even fit the dust caps back on. There are no external components which is what I wanted. They are not as bright as HID but way better than halogen and no additional wiring or drilling or ballasts, etc. Another project was to install smoked rear bumper reflectors that I installed red led strips in to function as turn signals. Anyways, I made a bunch of videos of the project on youtube so feel free to watch.
